The fascinating adventure

The first newsletter is a fact. In it, we are happy to share our journey from its start in 2023 until now with our followers and customers. We hope to provide insight into what drives us and why we enjoy this journey so much. We also mention what we are working on and what you can expect from us in 2024.

The start

It all started, of course, with our love for Italy and the holiday during which we met the Battaglini family, the makers of our olive oil. They convinced us of the quality that comes from their love and passion for the land, the products, and the need to share with people who can enjoy it. We were convinced and took home our estimated annual consumption. Our neighbors and family became equally enthusiastic, so we shared our supply. It turned out not to be enough for a year. After that, developments progressed rapidly. Inspired by the enthusiastic reactions of the first users, we opened an online store and began our search for the right customers and how to reach them. Meanwhile, a nice online page with background information, blogs, and offers is now available.

Highlights 2023

We gained experience in hospitality, retail, and direct customer contact. The number of new customers continues to grow steadily; some restaurants use our products and also sell them in their cantina. A farm shop has our products in its assortment, so you can also go to a physical point of sale for your purchases. Our first shipment to America is now a fact, as is successful participation in a Christmas market, a pleasant tasting event at a company, orders for gift sets as corporate gifts and in Christmas packages. There is even a well-known carnival association that promotes our products among celebrating members. For us, these are exciting and wonderful new experiences that we are eager to continue in 2024. We have learned a lot and still have much to improve in our marketing.

Of one thing we are absolutely convinced: we have honest and delicious high-quality products that we are proud of and that make our customers happy. Several early customers have already placed their second and third orders and share their experiences with family and friends. That is the best promotion: satisfied customers. Our sincere thanks to everyone who helps us grow and improve in this way.

Goals 2024

We will, of course, use the experiences and highlights from 2023 in our adventure in the coming year. Therefore, you can expect a few things from us. Here are a few to look forward to:

• Participation in farm fairs. Of course, you will receive details via our social media and upcoming newsletters.
• Expansion of the number of sales outlets. We are thinking of Italian restaurants with their own shop and rural shops with fresh regional products where our olive oil can add value.
• Expansion of offers, introducing you to various aromas.
• Publications with recipes in which EV olive oil and flavored oils are important ingredients.
• A monthly newsletter with relevant items, developments, and offers.
• Ideas we receive from customers that enable us to implement innovations. We invite everyone to contribute via the contact button in the menu or under news.
