The Olive Oil Shop team is led by Milly and Arie. Both started long ago as colleagues at an IT company, and after separate life paths, eventually reunited in 2010, got married, and began a new chapter in their lives.
Milly built her expertise in service-oriented and supportive roles in customer service, logistics, and administration. Arie derives his energy and satisfaction from connecting people, resources, and technology.
Milly and Arie share a passion for Italy, its delicious Italian food, hospitable people, and relaxed culture.
Since early 2023, they have been collaboratively building the Olive Oil Shop, a venture that imports and distributes carefully selected Italian extra virgin olive oil from small family producers to a growing number of loyal customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Out of love for honest and high-quality products, I gladly support the products and services of family businesses in Italy and am proud to offer them on behalf of these families to our loyal customers.
My responsible attitude and caring nature come in handy when supporting the local organization. I take customer service, administration, and logistics very seriously, and I will always do my utmost to optimally assist and satisfy the customer.
The fact that many customers are now making repeat purchases means they are satisfied with our products and services.
This strengthens confidence in the high quality of our Battaglini products and is also a strong motivation to further expand this young company.

Working with natural products is incredibly enjoyable. You experience customers loving the products, which, of course, greatly motivates you to get more people excited about them.
Through online sales channels, social platforms, and participation in markets, we offer everyone the chance to get acquainted with the quality of our frequently awarded Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Naturally, I am committed to making our products and services optimally available to customers and resellers.
